 Rotella Mortgage is the way to go if you are looking to buy a new
home. At the time of our purchase, our first little one was on the
way in less than a month. We were very busy preparing for the birth
of our child and wondered if buying a new home at this time was even
possible. Al worked with us every step of the way. We gave him the
information needed, and everything was set up for us from there. He
contacted inspectors, lenders, and the banks involved. We didn’t
have to lift a finger accept to sign the papers! He made the
process was so easy for us in the future we will never use anyone

Our experience with Rotella Mortgage and Al in particular was that
of a professional, knowledgeable, friend that’s right a friend who
was there for us when we really needed him. We had dealings with a
different mortgage company who misled us and we were crushed when we
were told {Sorry but you cant have the home you want due to
unforeseen circumstances} well those unforeseen circumstances were
the mortgage company didn’t do what they were supposed to do! When
we were referred to Rotella Mortgage, I had my reservations but Al
explained everything we needed to do and everything he was going to
do. The friend part is after we were able to purchase our home at
closing Al was at the closing with a horrible cold/flu to ensure all
the paperwork was correct, way above and beyond what anyone would
