"After four years
in the business, I was amazed at the horror stories I heard
about brokers changing rates at the closing table, handing out
pre- qualifications on loans that didn’t close, and making
promises to borrowers they couldn’t keep. I decided it was time
to take a stand, so Rotella Mortgage was opened on October 20,
2003 with a promise to provide the Omaha area with the absolute
best service in the industry. In our first six months of
business, I am proud to report we closed over 70 loans with a
perfect 100% satisfaction rate! You can be assured that as we
grow, our attention to details will not change. Our customers
will continue to receive the best rates, programs and service in
the entire area!"

Al graduated from UNO in 1983 and was hired by Millard North High
School as a mathematics teacher and coach. He received his Masters
Degree in 1989 and continued with Millard North until his retirement
in 1998. “Leaving teaching was one of the hardest decisions I have
ever made. The kids were great, and they gave me some fantastic
memories.” In 1998, Al entered the mortgage industry with one of the
largest mortgage companies in Nebraska. After working as a loan
officer for two years, Al took the position of Regional Manager,
overseeing eight branches. As the company grew, Al became the Vice
President in charge of day to day operations. “After seeing all
aspects of the mortgage industry from loan officer to management, I
knew I wanted to start my own company. My goal was to build the
company on customer satisfaction and referrals. So far, everything
has progressed far beyond my wildest dreams!”

working many years behind the scenes in the accounting profession he
decided to work for people face to face. He spent 10 years in the
